EPS Mixer Machine

The eps mixer machine is one of the equipment for the eps recycling system. The melt extrusion method for recovering polystyrene foam plastic equipment has the advantages of low investment, simple process, good recovery of particle performance under the condition of reasonable process, and diversified product use. With the advancement of recycling technology, new recycling extruders and new recycling processes have emerged, resulting in the continuous improvement of the quality of polystyrene products recovered by melt extrusion and the increasing application.

EPS mixer machine for foam beads and recycled foam scraps, it can mix the two eps materials.

The mixed volume can be dually controlled by manual switch at input and by motor motion speed.

The function design on control box are separate workable. You can sep- arate adjust each end capacity for feeding.

APPLICATION

Toughening Modification Adding styrene-butadiene rubber, SBS, SEBS, SIS or grafted polyole- fin to the foam recycling process or recycling and granulating the mater- ial through the twin-screw modifica- tion unit to increase its impact strength.
Flame Retardant Modification A flame retardant such as ethyl bis compound or brominated epoxy oli- gomer and antimony trioxide, citrate, borate are added to the recovered PS particles. The flame retardant syner- gist and the material such as polyte- trafluoroethylene having anti-melt dripping effect are blended and mod- ified to improve the flame retardancy of the PS material.
Light Aging Modification A benzophenone, a xylone, a benzo- triazole, a hindered amine light stab- ilizer is added to enhance the photo- aging resistance of the PS recovered particles.
