EPS Pre-expander

EPS Pre-Expander

Feature

1. Adopt PLC and Touch Screen, Automatic feeding system, Automatic electricity calculation, Automatically control the temperature and pressure of the barrel, and Automatic induction measurement.

 

2. The barrel body Is made of stainless steel plate with strict structure, high-quality closed constant pressure expanding, high thermal efficiency, saving energy by about 65% compared with continuous pre-expander machine.

 

3. High-precision measuring system to ensure accurate feeding.

 

4. Use high-precision Japanese pilot pressure reducing valve and German proportional valve to control the temperature and pressure of the barrel.

 

5. Use photoelectric to control the material level, control the volume of the foamed material, and make the density of the foamed beads consistent.

 

6.The automatic discharging adopts a fan to blow the material,thereby increasing the discharging speed.

Hydraulic System

High-speed, low-noise operation, the fastest mold opening and closing speed can reach 350mm per second.
Two-point mold opening and closing, the latest clamping mechanism technology, stable clamping pressure, and improved steam usage.

Pipeline System

The pipeline inlet and outlet adopts the most optimized design to reduce the waste of energy consumption and reduce the response speed.
The design of the cooling water pipe makes the water cooling fast and efficient; the design of the cavity copper pipe ring makes the surface of the products smoother.

Moulding System

The use of electrical digital proportional valve makes the pressure in the mold cavity linearly stable, ensuring the stability of product quality.
The latest heating system bypass pipeline design effectively reduces the molding time and steam energy consumption.

Control System

SIEMENS Intelligent Control System.
Imported electric proportional valve plus linear position sensor and pressure sensor.

Fast Mould Change Series

EPS/EPP Fast Mould Change Shape Moulding Machine

Using the guide rail, the material touch and the quick change frame, after the mold is assembled in the assembly area, the quick change frame is placed on the guide rail to the machine position and converted to the machine guide rail, and the mold is positioned by the positioning mechanism.

Manual locking (automatic models do not need to be manually involved), complete the docking of the material pipe, convert the internal time of the previous die change to external time, greatly reduce the downtime of the die change of the machine, and truly realize SMED (QCOT) .
Improve equipment utilization, greatly improve the working environment of the molder, improve work efficiency, save labor costs, maintain maintenance, and improve worker safety. The mold change time is about 20-30 minutes.

 

The one-button mould change system is optimized and upgraded on the basis of the quick mould change system, so as to achieve a faster mold changing time, which can reach about 5 minutes, and better reduce labor costs.

SMED Series

EPS/EPP Single Minute Exchange of Die Shape Moulding Machine

The one-button mould change system is optimized and upgraded on the basis of the quick mould change system, so as to achieve a faster mold changing time, which can reach about 5 minutes, and better reduce labor costs.

1. The mold change time can be replaced in about 20 minutes. The mold shift is fixed without personnel to enter into the female and male mold to eliminate safety hazards;

2. The female and male mold adopts three-side air intake mode, and the speed is faster. The molding is more stable;

3. The vacuum is used up and down, which saves time for the large surface mold products;

4. Using 4 sets of clamping hook mechanism, the size of the opening and closing cylinder is smaller, and the required pressure is also lower than the same size machine, which effectively reduces the failure rateof the hydraulic system, but can effectively ensure the sealing between mold and surface without leaking.

The block moulding cycle time can be 5 minutes around(referenced by 6m hydraulic vacuum type block moulding machine)

Control System

The PLC was adopted with Japan MITSUBISHI brands, work with Sutuan self customised 15” touch screen control panel. SCHNEIDER AC contactor, intermediate relay and Germany AFRISO pressure gauge with electric contact, Korea AUTONICS proximity sensor to achieve easily operation, visual manufacturing of every process. 

Steam System

The most of main valve was high-end German-performance. The famous DELE valve to help you to control accurately.
